Overview

Rapid Mixer Granulator is an ideal mixer for pharmaceutical, chemicals, and food products, including aqueous and solvent granulation, wax granulation, dry mixing, and wet granulation.

Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing and consistent granules at lower operating costs along with higher productivity. Better mixing and closed control of granule size lead to faster tableting speeds with improved quality and least rejections.

Details

Unique design incorporating Impeller, Granulator, Online Co-mill, Side Discharge Valve & Dryer.
Meets cGMP requirements.
Parts are easy to dismantle, clean, and re-assemble.
With a Special design Mixer & Chopper blade.
It is provided on the side of the bottom, operated by a SS Spindle connected to a pneumatic cylinder in the closed position, and the gate is flushed with the contour of the bowl.
A cover with a removable silicone rubber seal gives unrestricted access to the chute for easy cleaning.
A safety lock in the form of a limit switch is provided at the discharge port to prevent the valve or the motor to start during the cleaning operation.
The pneumatic cylinder is covered by a stainless steel shroud to meet the cGMP standards.
